Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Adwise ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and deletes information when you use our web application (the "Service"). The Service helps businesses plan, create and manage advertising campaigns across supported advertising platforms.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and business name when you use the Service.
- Connected advertising accounts: when you connect Meta or TikTok, you authorize us through the platform's official login (OAuth). We receive an access token and the data you grant permission for, such as ad account IDs and names, Facebook Pages, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, budgets and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions).
- Content you provide: campaign briefs, ad copy, images, videos and settings you enter or upload.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not receive or store your Meta or TikTok passwords.
2. How we use information
- To create, edit, pause and report on advertising campaigns in the ad accounts you connect, only when you instruct the Service to do so.
- To show performance dashboards and recommendations for your campaigns.
- To operate, secure and improve the Service and provide support.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use data obtained from Meta or TikTok for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. We do not use that data to build advertising profiles of individuals.
3. Sharing
- Meta and TikTok: we send instructions and content to their APIs on your behalf to manage your ads.
- Service providers: hosting and infrastructure providers (for example Vercel) that process data only to run the Service.
- Legal requirements: when required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
4. Storage and security
Access tokens and account data are stored encrypted and transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited to what is needed to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account or platform connection is active. When you disconnect a platform, we delete its access token and stop retrieving its data. Remaining data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request or account closure, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Data deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time:
- Email info@ads-wise.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the email address or ad account you used. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
- Remove the app's access from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select the app → Remove.
- Remove the app's access from TikTok for Business: in TikTok Ads Manager, go to the authorized apps section of your account settings and revoke access.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
8. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify users through the Service or by email.
